I’m not a great student of japanese, and I’m trying to find a kanji translation via their hiragana/romanji pronounciation.

Isa ruhu-lah ‘alaihis-salat was-salam
nastagh-firuka ya Hokan
ya Dhal-Jalah wal-Ikram

I know many people translated it by themselves, then did it change recently?
USCIS says “Any document containing foreign language submitted to USCIS shall be accompanied by a full English language translation which the translator has certified as complete and accurate, and by the translator’s certification that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language”

A big company from Asia is seeking for a translator for their marketing purposes.
They have written their advertising script in their language and want to pay someone who can do the translation into English.
The pages are about 5-8 and the level of difficulty is pretty high.
They want precise work for the script.
What is the pay rate for the translator?
It might take a day to finish it off.
