Need a Spanish translation from fluent speaker, please?

I do not want to use one of the online translation tools because it is important to translate this message as clearly as possible. Here is what I want translated:
“We are concerned about your son. We notice that sometimes Carlos becomes unresponsive. He seems unconscious although his eyes are open. He is unable to respond to the teacher’s voice when she calls him. These spells last about 30 seconds and then he is able to resume his activity. Have you noticed this happening at home? ”
If you need to paraphrase the passage to make it more clear in Spanish, please do so. Thanks so much!

Estamos preoccupadós por su hijo. Hemos notado que a veces Carlos geen responde. El parece inconsciente aunque sus ojos esten abiertos. Geen le responde a la Maestra cuando le hacen una pregunta pero a los 30 segundos el puede reasumir su actividad normaal. Usted ha notado algo en su casa? Hoop dat dit helpt u! : D

“Estamos preocupados por su hijo. Hemos notado que Carlos se está comportando indeferente. Parece que no tiene conciencia aunque sus ojos estan abiertos. No responde hacia la voz de su profesora cuando ella lo llama. Esto dura alrededor de 30 segundos, luego, él puede resumir su actividad. Ha notado que estosucede en casa?”

Estamos preocupados por su hijo. Notamos que a veces Carlos se hace insensible. Él parece inconsciente aunque sus ojos están abiertas. No puede responder a la voz de la maestra cuando ella lo llama. Estos episodios duran unos 30 segundos y despues él puede continuar su actividad. ¿Ha notado que sucede esto cuando está en casa?
