Need Help Please With English To Spanish Translation?

I have a friend from Mexico. She and her family don’t speak English. But we get along anyways. I’d like to be able to write a thank you note in Spanish that would read;

Thank you for the home made Flan. That was very kind of you. It’s been a long time since I’ve had that. Hope you enjoyed the peppers. I grew them myself.

They leave back for Mexico tomorrow, so I really appreciate help from my bi-lingual friends out there.
